Nippon Oil Pump Repair
We have recently been tooling up to repair NOP trochoid pumps / index motors. We have been getting great factory support from Nippon Oil Pump after we visited the factory and recieved in house training from the Nippon HQ in Japan.
Presently we are designing a test bench for the 1 and 2 series pumps to be under a load condition for flow and pressure.
Also, in the works is a hydraulic test bench for HMI and EIS series Nippon Oil Pump Index Motors. This will have a dynamic load to simulate a turret or a tool change magazine for real life machine tool operation.
